The simple truth is that you can’t really live without a car anymore. It simply isn’t practical. You need to get to work, the kids need to get to school and a thousand other things need to be accomplished. We understand. So if your car needs to stay in our garage for more than just a few hours, Advanced DPF Cleaning can arrange for a courtesy car for you to use until you get yours back.

We recognise that many of our customers have very busy lifestyles which may mean being mobile at all times. It is not always practical or convenient to wait at the garage while your vehicle is being worked on. That’s why we offer our customers the use of our courtesy car (subject to availability), You must be over 25 years old, less then 6 points on your licence and you need to pay for temporary fully comp vehicle insurance, usually £20 for 24 hours.

All we ask is that you request this at the time of booking your vehicle in at our Hartlepool workshop so that we can arrange for one of our courtesy cars to be ready for you.
